Welcome to a brand new Bakersfield Sound Underground's brand new feature: "King and Queen of Kern County Country of the Month"  Today, as blog manager, I'm declaring Tony Lee and Jana McNaughton to be King and Queen of Kern County Country.  I'm selecting them as winner of a recent Karaoke contest held at Trout's in which I had the honor of serving as judge.
