Good day, Bakersfield sound fans, and good day, Merle Haggard fans. If you haven't heard the news yet, Merle Haggard has been in the hospital in Bakersfield recovering from an operation in which he had a cancerous tumor removed from his lung. For those who heard the news, I trust he's been in your thoughts and prayers.
